I just got off the phone with the manager of the Leland Hotel. They are offering us a nice discount for DEAC member on their room rates for the DEAC weekend. They are:

$65 Single
$75 Double
$85 Suite

As always, the rooms are open game for private shoots, afterhour hangouts and personal rendezvous. Just call 313-962-2300 for reservations and ask for the "DEAC" rate. Rooms are limited so it is advised to make your reservations early.

Can you shoot in the rest of the hotel? You might be able to in the lobby and stairwells if you ask the lobby desk person nicely. Just no nudity please as families with children live there. In the rooms, anything goes. Just keep in mind that those are off official DEAC areas so no security will be present. Just please be nice so we can come back to shoot at the Leland in August!
